Welcome to Happy Ride! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Happy Ride mobile application (the “App”), a ride-booking platform owned and operated by Happy ride. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Happy Ride app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Happy Ride connects users with independent drivers for two-wheeler and four-wheeler taxi services. We act solely as a technology platform and are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or legality of the transportation provided.
To use the app, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activity that occurs under your account.
Payment for rides can be made via the app through supported digital payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI) or in cash if allowed. Fares may vary based on location, distance, time, and demand. You agree to pay the full fare and any applicable fees or penalties.
You may cancel a ride request before a driver reaches your pickup location. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and circumstances. Refunds for issues such as failed rides or overcharges are reviewed and processed at our sole discretion.
By using Happy Ride, you agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Treat drivers respectfully and safely.
Not use the app for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
Not interfere with the app’s operation or security.
Drivers are expected to maintain professional and lawful conduct. If you face any misconduct or safety issues, please report it through the in-app support or contact us directly.
Happy Ride is a platform provider and is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising during rides booked through the app, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from the use of this app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
